Transportation and Access <\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n

For participants intending to use the free shuttle bus (Tsukuba station \u2013 AIST)<\/u><\/h3>\n

Please look out for a large orange bus. The operating schedule is as follows:<\/p>\n

\u2460Tsukuba station 9:10 a.m.departure -> AIST 9:25 a.m. arrival\u00a0 (boarding location: A2 exit, in front of the Koban<\/a>)<\/p>\n

\u2461Tsukuba station 10:00 a.m.departure -> AIST 10:15a.m. arrival\u00a0 (boarding location: A2 exit, in front of the Koban<\/a>)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2462AIST 18:15 departure -> Tsukuba station 18:30 arrival\u00a0 (boarding location: AIST central)<\/p>\n

Please declare your intent to attend the Tsukuba Biomedical Engineering Forum 2025 at the Campus Gate Security, then kindly proceed to the registration counter at the AIST Auditorium.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Registration<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Venue: AIST Auditorium 1st<\/sup> Floor<\/p>\n

Registration fee: Free<\/p>\n

  • All participants are requested to register at the counter. Participants who did not pre-register are requested to fill out the \u201cWalk-in registration form\u201d and submit it to the counter<\/li>\n
  • Participant badges will be handed out (please wear your badge while within the AIST campus)<\/li>\n
  • Participants who registered for the banquet are requested to make payment (cash only) at the counter<\/li>\n
  • If you will be attending the industry seminar, please ask for the bento-exchange coupon at the registration counter in the morning (limited number, while stocks last). Please consume your bento at the industry luncheon seminar room (Venue E).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Eating and drinking within the venue <\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Food and beverages should be consumed at the [1st<\/sup> floor drink corner], [2nd<\/sup> floor lobby], [wood deck] only. Kindly refrain from eating and drinking at non-designated locations. Please feel free to use the drink corner.<\/p>\n

      Banquet and Award Ceremony<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n

      The award ceremony and banquet will be held after the Forum (awardees will be notified and may attend the banquet for free).<\/p>\n

      Time: 18:20\uff5e20:20<\/p>\n

      Venue:\u3000Cafeteria #2 \u201cPicnic\u201d (Welfare Annex, take the forest path behind the AIST pond, 2 min walk)<\/p>\n

      Fee: \\5000 (general, post-doc)\u00a0 \\2000 (student)\u00a0 – Please pay in cash at the registration counter.<\/span><\/p>\n

      *Same-day registration for the Banquet is possible. Please enquire when you register at the counter.<\/span><\/p>\n

      *If you have pre-registered for the Banquet but cancel on the actual day, the Banquet fee will still be charged.<\/span><\/p>\n
